Parent and Tot

Texas Tumblers offers parent and tot classes for children that are walking-up to age 3. This program is designed to be coach led and parent assisted. The children will develop strength, flexibility, balance, listening, and learning skills. During these formative years these skills help them through their lives.


These classes are 45 minutes long.


What to wear?

The child and the parent should both wear something athletic. The child is welcome and encouraged to wear a leotard.

Preschool Gymnastics

Texas Tumblers offer preschool gymnastics tailored for young children typically between the ages of 3 to 5 years old. These classes aim to introduce children to basic gymnastics skills and concepts in a safe, fun, and developmentally appropriate environment. The emphasis is on building fundamental movement skills, coordination, strength, flexibility, and body awareness.


This is a 55 minute class.


What to wear?

We recommend that your child wears a leotard. If not, we require them to be in something athletic (no buttons or zippers).

Beginners Gymnastics

Beginner gymnastics refers to introductory gymnastics classes or programs designed for individuals who are new to the sport or have limited experience with gymnastics. These classes range from children 5-17 years old, and focus on building foundational skills, strength, flexibility, and coordination necessary for gymnastics.


This is a 55 minute class.


What to wear?

We recommend that your child wears a leotard. If not, we require them to be in something athletic (no buttons or zippers).

Intermediate Gymnasitcs

Participants in intermediate gymnastics classes or programs have typically developed a solid foundation of basic gymnastics skills and are ready to progress to more challenging techniques and routines. These classes focus on refining existing skills, learning new skills, and improving strength, flexibility, coordination, and technique.


.Requirements to move to intermediate:

  • Solid handstand
  • Solid Cartwheel
  • Bridgekickover
  • Pullover on bars


This is an invite only class.

This is a 55 minute class.

Advanced Gymnastics

Participants in advanced gymnastics classes or programs have typically spent many years training and competing in the sport and have demonstrated exceptional strength, flexibility, coordination, technique, and artistry.


This is an invite only class.

This class is 2 hours.


Requirements to move to advanced:

  • Everything for intermediate
  • Backhandspring
  • Back-hipcircle on bars
  • Handstand on beam
