Compulsory Gymnastics
Levels 2-5
Our compulsory gymnastics team consists of levels 2-5. This program follows the rules and regulations of USA Gymnastics. Our goal with each level is for the children to sustain the life skills needed to become an upper level athlete.
Evaluations
Our compulsory program is an invite only group. Somethings that we are looking for when ready for team are:
- Work ethic
- Mental focus
- Attendance
- Flexibility
- Attitude
- Strength
- Commitment
- Parent behavior

Meet your Coaches
Coach Lizzy
Coach Lizzy was a former Texas Tumblers level 9 competitive athlete with numerous event titles on both the invitational and district/state level. She brings an extremely valuable level of talent to our coaching team with her athletic experience combined with a strong desire to give back to the sport through her refined technique and determination to see her gymnasts succeed.
